About Us
Katherine Zampolin brings over 25 years of human capital management, leadership development, and training experience to ZCoaching Solutions. Collaborating closely with clients to assess their needs, she is able to customize and facilitate actionable programs and initiatives. With over 9 years of project management experience, she is adept at coordinating large scale projects with multiple moving parts. Navigating logistics and strategizing with stakeholders, Katherine leverages her communication skills to ensure deliverables are met within the applicable scope and budget.
Through her authentic and practical approach, she partners with organizations to help them streamline their processes, strengthen their culture, engage and develop their employees, and reach their goals. Katherine has facilitated a broad range of training programs across all levels, with topics ranging from onboarding and leadership development to inclusion and team building. Additionally, she assists client organizations with their day-to-day human resources needs including HCM implementations, full lifecycle talent acquisition, and updating employee handbooks.
Katherine collaborates with organizations to maximize effectiveness by leveraging the experiences and skills of their people, which is achieved by engaging, developing, and retaining this talent. Over the course of her career, she has worked with a variety of organizations including retail, hospitality, tech, construction, property management, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical equipment, financial, retail, non-profits, and state and local government.
In addition to being an ATD Certified Coach in the business world, Katherine is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and RRCA Certified Running Coach, believing that having a healthy body is as important as having a healthy mind. When she is not working, she can most likely be found running or exercising with friends, and spending time with her family.
John Zampolin has lengthy, demonstrated success building relationships with C-suite executives and sophisticated investment professionals including Hedge Fund and Mutual Fund managers, both in the U.S. and U.K. He has excellent communication, marketing, analytical and presentation skills, and a deep knowledge of equity markets across broad market sectors. John has a proven ability to market complex investment concepts, create robust marketing initiatives, establish strong partnerships, and profitable relationships.
When John isn’t working, he’s spending time with his family, running or working out, shooting skeet and trap, and keeping up with the latest trends in technology and management techniques.
